Marsh is seeking an experienced Sr. Principal Lead Health Actuary Consultant to join its Actuarial and Financial Consulting team in the US. The role blends leadership, client delivery, and advanced health benefits modeling across employers’ plans.

You will direct client engagements, supervise analysts, perform complex cost projections in Excel, SAS, and related tools, and present findings to senior client teams to optimize plan design and renewals.

Formación

• BA/BS degree in actuarial science, math, statistics, finance, economics or related field required.
• 15+ years of actuarial experience; consulting experience preferred.
• ASA/FSA credential.
• Strong analytical skills and MS Office proficiency.

Responsabilidades

• Lead routine client engagements, managing service delivery and negotiations.
• Review analyses by junior staff to ensure actuarial soundness and model accuracy.
• Utilize AI and technology-enabled tools in analyses.
• Perform complex analyses and cost projections using Excel, SAS, and related tools.
• Draft and review client reports to summarize findings and recommendations.
