Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
• 6+ years hands-on experience with PeopleSoft HCM 9.2 and PeopleTools 8.60+ in a senior role.
• Strong experience in system analysis, design, development, testing, deployment, and production support of HCM applications.
• Deep understanding of PeopleSoft HCM data models, tables and structures.
• Proficiency with PeopleSoft tools: Application Designer, PeopleCode, Security, PS Query, Integration Broker, SQL.
• Experience integrating PeopleSoft HCM with internal or external systems via APIs or flat files.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and documentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a senior advocate for Corporate HCM systems and lead automation & modernization efforts.
• Act as the primary functional/technical SME for Core HCM modules and advise stakeholders.
• Translate requirements into scalable, tested, production-ready HCM solutions with focus on usability.
• Elicit and refine requirements via interviews, workshops, and data analysis.
• Analyze HR processes and data flows to improve efficiency, reporting accuracy, and performance.
• Design, configure, develop, test, implement and support HCM apps, analytics, reports, dashboards, and integrations.
