Job summary

NYU Langone Health is seeking a Senior Data Analyst to help manage PeopleSoft HCM Commitment Accounting and payroll processes across multiple payroll cycles. The role focuses on data integrity, system enhancements, and collaboration with Finance teams.

The candidate will lead testing, reporting, and documentation efforts while supporting cross-functional initiatives and internal training for users on payroll distributions and related reports.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business or information systems; 3 years of related work experience.
• Graduate in business or public administration may substitute for the degree with 1 year related experience.
• Excellent oral and written communication; intermediate MS Office knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Serve as SME for PeopleSoft HCM Commitment Accounting including upgrades or new features.
• Handle day-to-day payroll distribution operations in PeopleSoft HCM and payroll journal generation.
• Perform reconciliations and validate data integrity between subsystems.
• Resolve PeopleSoft functional issues including payroll interfaces and data extracts.
• Lead development/testing of system processes related to PeopleSoft HCM.
• Present business solutions through research and data analysis; maintain docs.
