Job summary

You will coordinate with carriers and internal teams to ensure on-time delivery and compliance. The position emphasizes accurate documentation, invoicing triggers, and responsive customer support.

Qualifications

• High school degree or equivalent required.
• Ability to read and follow written instructions.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
• Experience with Hazmat regulations and documentation preferred.
• Excellent communication with internal and external customers.

Responsibilities

• Prepare all Dangerous Goods Shipments (Hazmat) paperwork per regulations.
• Prepare export and customs paperwork including invoices.
• Create shipping paperwork for non-standard carrier arrangements.
• Close out daily carrier activities for invoicing and tracking.
• Schedule carrier deliveries and pickups; handle special requests.
• Review freight bill exceptions and resolve discrepancies.
• Assist with traffic and shipping inquiries from customers.
• Archive logistics records per retention policy.
