Hyster-Yale Materials Handling is seeking a Materials Handling Associate for 2nd shift (3PM–11:30PM EST) at our Avon, IN facility. You will support warehouse operations, ensure accurate order fulfillment, and maintain safety and quality standards.

Responsibilities include receiving and storing inventory, operating forklifts (with a valid license), picking and packing, and working with RF devices and warehouse software. This role emphasizes teamwork, reliability, and accuracy.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Ability to operate forklifts and follow safety procedures.
• Comfort with RF devices and warehouse tech.

Responsabilités

• Deliver customer care and ensure accurate order fulfillment.
• Maintain quality and safety; follow 5S and safety procedures.
• Support shifting production needs and assist in different warehouse areas.
• Operate forklifts and perform battery and propane changes as needed.
• Receive, inventory, and store items; pick, pack, label and load outbound products.
• Meet productivity and accuracy targets through problem solving and teamwork.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.
