Job summary

HW Staffing Solutions partners with a technology company to hire a Product Manager for Terminal & Hardware Products. Onsite for the first 90 days, then hybrid flexibility is available, with a base salary of $100,000–$133,000.

The role bridges customers, engineering, QA, manufacturing, sales, marketing, and customer support to drive new product development from concept through launch. You will own requirements, shape the roadmap, and coordinate launch activities in an Agile environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related technical discipline (or equivalent product management experience).
• 5+ years of Product Management experience with a strong focus on hardware and software products.
• Experience with electronic devices, embedded systems, terminals or kiosks.

Responsibilities

• Gather customer and stakeholder requirements and translate them into clear engineering and product specifications.
• Work closely with software and hardware engineering teams throughout the development lifecycle.
• Own and maintain the product roadmap, including long-term planning and prioritization.
• Participate in Agile development activities, sprint planning, and product review meetings.
• Partner with QA teams to define testing requirements and validate product performance.
• Serve as the product subject matter expert for internal teams including Sales, Customer Support, and Operations.
• Coordinate cross-functional product launch activities across multiple departments.
• Track project milestones, timelines, risks, and deliverables to ensure products stay on schedule.
• Help drive products from development through alpha, beta, pilot, and full commercial launch.
• Escalate critical issues impacting product performance, timelines, customer value, security, or compliance.
