Qualifications

• 10+ years in people and program management in a global matrix organization.
• 10+ years leading GTM programs and sales strategy in the technology sector.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Sales, or related field required.

Responsibilities

• Lead ISO GTM blueprint design, governance, and implementation across geos and markets.
• Define job profiles and role expectations for priority GTM roles.
• Partner with HR and sales leadership to define required skills and assessments.
• Champion the technical sales organization blueprint and workload specialization.
• Ensure each geo has a clear path to blueprint implementation and operating model adoption.
