Job summary

Odoo is hiring GTM Account Executives to join our North America Partnerships team in a hybrid role based in Brisbane, CA. You will drive new business by identifying and engaging potential partners across the region through cold calling, email outreach, and discovery calls.

You will manage the full sales cycle from partner presentation to production demonstrations and closing, with 2–3 months on-site for hands-on training in Odoo’s ecosystem, tools, and sales methodology.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent education and experience.
• 1+ years of B2B sales experience with outbound sales drive.
• Strong awareness of software and new technologies.

Responsibilities

• Act as a closer by communicating the value of the partnership and driving deals to close.
• Maintain a healthy pipeline and meet daily and monthly KPIs and metrics.
• Coach and collaborate with the BDR responsible for booking appointments.
• Maintain prospect data in the CRM and other tools.
• Meet or exceed monthly sales quotas with accurate forecasting and pipeline management.
• Analyze data and create dashboards for managerial reporting.
