Job summary

Odoo is hiring Account Executives to join our North America Partnerships team. You will pursue warm leads and recruit new organizations to join Odoo’s partner network across the region.

You'll introduce partners to Odoo’s suite of business applications, manage partner relationships, and guide onboarding and the sales cycle. Training is provided to close deals and support implementations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• 1+ years experience in B2B sales.
• Strong software and new technologies awareness.

Responsibilities

• Recruit and recruit new organizations to join Odoo’s partner network.
• Manage partner relationships within a defined territory and guide onboarding.
• Close deals and support tailored implementations with a consultative approach.
• Forecast sales, manage a pipeline, and meet monthly quotas.
• Design tailored implementation packages and negotiate content with partners.
• Use data analytics and CRM scoring to increase revenue and identify upsells.
