Job summary

RTX is seeking a Financial Program Controls Analyst for the Naval NSMS program. The role supports early contract planning, large internal investments, obsolescence mitigation, and multi-year production baselines.

Hybrid work from Tucson, AZ with occasional travel to nearby locations. Ideal candidates have 5+ years of relevant experience and a bachelor’s in Accounting/Finance or related field, with ability to obtain US security clearance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance or Business or equivalent experience.
• Experience interfacing with Contracts, Operations, Engineering, Supply Chain.
• Ability to obtain/maintain US government security clearance.

Responsibilities

• Forecast, risk identification, and financial planning with independence.
• Provide thorough cost and schedule analysis.
• Coordinate development of quarterly Estimate-at-Completion (EAC).
• Provide financial guidance to Program Team and Leads.
• Prepare finance charts for PMRs and monthly reviews.
• Maintain Earned Value Management processes and reporting.
• Support Contract Data Requirements Lists (CDRLs) and program logs.
