Job summary

RTX is seeking a Financial Program Controls Analyst to support the Naval Standard Missile Systems program in a hybrid role across multiple sites, including Tucson and Huntsville. The position emphasizes early contract planning, investment management, and obsolescence mitigation to shape the contract’s financial execution from the outset.

You will collaborate with program leadership and cross-functional teams, deliver robust financial planning, and drive performance reporting while advancing

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance or Business or equivalent experience.
• Experience interfacing with Contracts, Operations, Engineering, Supply Chain.
• Proficiency with MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. government security clearance.

Responsibilities

• Forecasting, risk identification and financial planning with independence.
• Provide thorough cost and schedule analysis.
• Coordinate development of quarterly Estimate-at-Completion (EAC).
• Provide financial guidance and solutions to Program Team and Leads.
• Prepare finance charts for PMRs, ODs and other reporting activities.
• Maintain cost, schedule, financial analysis/reporting and funding planning using standard tools.
• Implement and maintain Earned Value Management.
• Contribute to development and delivery of CDLLs/CRDLs (contract data requirements).
• Establish and maintain program logs (W&A, Contract Mod Log, R&Os).
