First Financial Bank is seeking a Digital Growth Manager to drive targeted digital marketing campaigns, lifecycle journeys, and customer acquisition, while optimizing deposits, onboarding, retention, and relationship growth. You will test ideas and work with a collaborative marketing team and business partners across the Bank.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in digital marketing or growth marketing.
• Hands-on Marketo experience; email marketing & lifecycle campaigns.
• Strong knowledge of email marketing, segmentation, and tracking.
• Experience with paid media, A/B testing, and cross-channel analysis.
• Familiarity with CRM-integrated campaigns and content management systems.

Responsabilités

• Develop and execute targeted digital marketing campaigns and lifecycle journeys that support customer acquisition, deposit growth, onboarding, retention, and relationship expansion.
• Lead marketing automation: build, test, launch, and maintain campaigns using Marketo or a comparable platform, including email marketing, audience segmentation, triggered workflows, nurture programs, and CRM integration.
• Coordinate campaign execution with Brand, Content, Web, Sales Enablement, and external agencies for aligned creative, messaging, and tracking.
• Analyze results across email, paid media, landing pages, web activity, and CRM interactions to identify trends and optimize performance.
• Lead A/B testing and ongoing optimization of audiences, messaging, creative, CTAs, and digital experiences.
• Translate business priorities into measurable campaigns and opportunities with Marketing Insights and business line partners.
• Troubleshoot automation, improve workflows, and ensure quality and compliance in campaign execution.
