Thrivent Financial seeks a Growth & Development Manager, Virtual Advice, in a hybrid Atlanta setting. Lead a local team of nationally licensed advisors serving clients across the U.S., driving sales, performance, and talent development.

You will coach, onboard, and align with budgets, ensuring high-quality client experiences and cross-channel development. Strong leadership, licensing readiness, and consultative selling are essential for this role.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree in business, management, or related field or equivalent experience.
• Prior financial advisor experience with multiple years leading a team of eight+.
• Eligibility for Securities and Insurance licensing in all states and D.C.; FINRA Series 7 and 63/65 or 66; Life/Health licenses preferred and to be obtained within 120 days.
• Experience with financial planning, investments, and insurance products; consultative sales models.

• Lead daily/weekly coaching sessions on-site and virtually to improve consultative sales skills.
• Drive talent acquisition, onboarding, and development to accelerate productivity.
• Collaborate with market leadership to align with organizational objectives and budgets.
• Select, develop, and retain a high-performing team; promote accountability and collaboration across the organization.
• Communicate decisions and updates to Virtual Advisors and leadership teams in a timely manner.
