Job summary

OpenAI is seeking a Growth Marketing Operations Lead in San Francisco to build and run the paid creative operating system. You will connect Creative and Growth Marketing teams, establish processes for producing and launching high-quality ads, and keep campaigns organized, accurate, and scalable.

You will translate growth priorities into briefs and testing roadmaps, coordinate assets with internal and external partners, and drive data-driven decisions to optimize performance.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in creative operations, growth or performance marketing.
• Experience building or improving creative production workflows and asset libraries.
• Hands-on familiarity with major paid advertising platforms and trafficking.
• Strong knowledge of marketing tracking, UTMs, pixels, and campaign performance analysis.
• Excellent project management and cross-functional collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Build and manage the end-to-end paid creative operating system, including intake, briefing, production, asset delivery, and approvals.
• Coordinate assets and approvals across internal teams and external partners.
• Translate growth priorities into briefs, testing roadmaps, and success metrics.
• Develop tools and processes to keep creative production organized and scalable.
• Track test results, document learnings, and identify next tests.
