Ideal candidates hold a bachelor’s degree with 3–7 years of experience, strong communication and organizational skills, and proficiency with Microsoft Office. This role emphasizes collaboration and service excellence.

Qualifications

• Strong communication, negotiation and relationship-management skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and technology tools.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and drive results.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and manage pending life, disability, long-term care, and annuity cases.
• Collaborate with underwriters, advisors, and clients to gather information.
• Understand carrier practices, policy contracts and provisions.
• Oversee delivery of policies to clients with accuracy.
• Lead negotiations with underwriters on behalf of clients.
• Document commissions per case in the agency system.
