Job summary

Boys & Girls Clubs of Greater Washington seeks a Grants Administrator to support the Grant Writer with coordinating financials, supplemental information, and funder reporting across departments.

Responsibilities include maintaining the grant pipeline in Raiser's Edge and SharePoint, drafting narratives, researching funders, gathering documents, and coordinating with Finance and Operations in a hybrid Washington, DC area setting.

Qualifications

• Three to four years of administrative experience in non-profit settings.
• Three to four years of grants administration experience preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree or higher preferred; strong ethics and donor relations.
• Excellent written and oral communication; organized and detail-oriented.

Responsibilities

• Maintain grant pipeline in Raiser's Edge and SharePoint.
• Co-manage Grant Writer email and routing.
• Draft and submit report narratives with related teams.
• Identify and prioritize potential funders and prospects.
• Coordinate information from multiple departments for grant applications.
• Support Grants Flow process with Finance (gather documents, signatures, etc.).
