Job summary

Sandoz is seeking a detail-oriented strategic analyst to act as the primary liaison between Market Access and Government Pricing, ensuring forecasting accuracy and insightful KPI development across ASP, AMP, BP, GNUP, VA, Medicaid, and biosimilar dynamics. The role is based at the Princeton, NJ HQ with a flexible hybrid schedule; US work authorization is required and visa sponsorship is not available.

Qualifications

• 10 years of experience in market access, pricing analytics, or related roles.
• Strong understanding of Government Pricing principles and methodologies.
• Advanced analytical and quantitative skills with forecasting model experience.
• Experience with forecasting methods, predictive analytics, and scenario modeling.
• Ability to translate data trends into actionable forecasting and business insights.

Responsibilities

• Serve as liaison between Market Access and Government Pricing to ensure effective communication.
• Develop forecasts for volume, revenue, and gross-to-net with cross-functional teams.
• Create and maintain forecasting models for ASP, AMP, BP, GNUP, VA, and Medicaid.
• Build GP dashboards, KPIs, and analytics tools to support decisions.
• Conduct pricing impact analyses for GNUP, VA/FSS, Medicaid, and 340B.
• Support market access strategy through pricing, reimbursement, and contracting evaluations.
• Provide product, customer, and profitability assessments to identify growth opportunities.
• Research competitor biosimilar strategies and pricing dynamics.
