CATHEXIS seeks a Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist in Tysons, VA to lead full lifecycle recruiting for cleared technical roles across our federal client portfolio, with immediate ownership of surge requisitions for AI/ML Engineers and Data Scientists. You will hunt passive cleared talent, build durable pipelines, and present pipeline insights and market intelligence to stakeholders.

This is a strategic, autonomous role with strong data-driven focus.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of full-lifecycle IT/technical recruiting

Responsabilités

• Own full-lifecycle delivery for cleared technical requisitions — intake, sourcing, screening, interviews, offers.
• Hunt passive cleared talent — AI/ML Engineers and Data Scientists via ClearanceJobs, LinkedIn Recruiter, boolean search, networks.
• Screen with technical credibility on ML frameworks, data pipelines, and cloud architecture.
• Run offers with market intelligence, pre-closing, and counteroffer negotiations.
• Partner with hiring managers to align on intake, process improvements, and timelines.
