Job summary

You will manage the travel reservation platform, provide reporting insights, support vendor relationships and contract renewals, and assist with staff inquiries and company-sponsored events, ensuring a high-quality customer experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and 6 years of professional work experience (or a master's degree and 3 years of professional work experience, or equivalent experience) is required.
• Candidates for this position must be authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis for any employer without restriction.
• Visa sponsorship will not be provided for this position.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and improve the corporate travel reservation system and related documentation, ensuring the configuration properly leverages new technical capabilities, applies corporate guidelines and provides staff and leaders with an efficient reservation experience.
• Partner with Finance management and regional stakeholders to create timely and accurate reporting that provides insight into global travel patterns.
• Assist with managing travel suppliers as well as the negotiation and renewal of related travel contracts.
• Serve as a key partner to stakeholders in various departments to support the planning and execution of transportation and logistics for company sponsored meetings, conferences, and special events.
• Provide support to staff for internal meetings, making, modifying or canceling complex reservations, as well as travel-related questions and issues. Provide on-site event support when required.
