Responsibilities

• Provide administrative support to travel specialists.
• Communicate with clients via phone and email about travel arrangements.
• Attend regular team meetings and participate actively.
• Follow up with clients as needed.
• Process revisions to client agreements and update hotel rooming lists.
• Prepare and send passenger invoices and travel docs.
