• Experience in strategy, planning, analysis or related fields.
• Ability to act as a trusted business advisor across functions.
• Strong ability to navigate ambiguity and implement structured processes.
• Track record of driving process and system improvements with measurable outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Lead development and execution of strategic plans and decision-support materials.
• Support modernization and transformation governance across business units.
• Perform system modeling and analysis to improve automation and efficiency.
• Research industry trends and market opportunities to inform decisions.
• Prepare management reporting at quarterly, annual, and Board levels.
• Translate complex data into actionable insights with dashboards and models.
• Monitor KPIs and report results to leadership with risk and recommendations.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to establish market indicators and scorecards.
• Maintain competitive intelligence on sales, product developments, and activity.
• Support market sizing and TAM/SAM analyses across product portfolios.
• Provide global revenue analysis by market for each business unit.
• Deliver ad hoc analyses to support leadership decisions.
• Support M&A due diligence and integration planning with executive presentations.
