Qualifications

• Strong analytical skills with data integration across multiple sources.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operations of the outsourced travel support model and vendor performance.
• Act as liaison between internal teams and the Travel Management Company (TMC).
• Monitor compliance with Vertex Travel & Expense policy and optimize policies as needed.
• Partner with TMC for negotiations, cost savings, and service quality.
• Develop reporting and dashboards (Power BI) to support decision‑making.
