Job summary

TydenBrooks is seeking a Trade Compliance and Logistics Analyst for a hybrid role in Atlanta, GA. You will manage import/export classifications, valuation, and documentation while partnering with brokers, freight forwarders, and carriers to optimize landed cost and compliance.

The position reports to the VP of Global Supply Chain and requires 4–7 years of relevant experience, strong Excel skills, and ERP system expertise to ensure accurate trade data and proactive cost savings.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, International Business, Logistics, Finance, or a related field; equivalent experience considered.
• Four to seven years of progressive experience in trade compliance, customs brokerage, or international logistics for a manufacturer or importer of record.
• Hands-on experience with U.S. CBP and Canadian CBSA import requirements, including HTS classification, customs valuation, entry summary review, and FTA qualification.
• Working knowledge of current tariff programs and the ability to translate regulatory change into quantified cost impact.
• Experience managing freight forwarders, customs brokers, and parcel carriers, including rate negotiation.
• Strong quantitative skills, including advanced Excel; ability to build and defend landed cost and burden calculations.
• Experience with an ERP system and the ability to maintain trade-related master data accurately at scale.
• Clear written communication, with the discipline to document classification and valuation decisions for audit purposes.

Responsibilities

• Classify, origin, and data management for imports/exports; maintain HTS master database in Epicor; ensure 100% SKU coverage.
• Review entry summaries and CAD declarations for accuracy in classification, valuation, origin, and quantity.
• Track tariff actions and model landed cost impact; support duty recovery filings and cost-saving initiatives.
• Manage compliance for exports, including screening against denied party lists and ECCN/EAR99 classifications.
• Coordinate with brokers and carriers; negotiate quotes and manage tender events; monitor performance.
• Maintain records in compliance with 19 CFR Part 163; support audits and inquiries.
