Job summary

Atlas Copco North America LLC in Charlotte, NC is seeking a Trade Compliance Analyst to support the Trade Compliance Manager by delivering analytical insights and ensuring compliant import/export activities across the CTBA entities in North and South America. This hybrid role offers two remote days per week.

You will conduct audits, tariff classifications, monitor regulatory changes, develop training content, assist with SAP/GTS system administration, and help create manuals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
• Licensed Customs Broker preferred.
• Minimum 2 years in trade compliance or related role.
• Strong understanding of customs regulations and HTS codes preferred.
• Hands-on knowledge of PC applications (MS Office).
• Experience with SAP S/4 Hana, GTS or similar systems.

Responsibilities

• Participate in internal trade audits; review results and identify improvement opportunities.
• Perform tariff classification audits for imported parts; train HTS engineers.
• Monitor changes to US trade regulations; update internal policies and procedures.
• Assist in developing US Trade Compliance training content for CTBA entities.
• Assist with compliance system administration, data governance, and cross-functional projects.
