KNAPP is seeking a Trade Compliance Analyst for its Global Supply Chain team in Kennesaw, GA. The role focuses on U.S. Customs compliance, working with brokers and forwarders to ensure accurate imports and regulatory adherence.

Ideal candidates have a Bachelor’s degree and 0–3 years of relevant experience, with strong attention to detail, data handling, and Excel proficiency for analytics.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in a related field.
• 0–3 years of experience is acceptable.
• Strong attention to detail and data management skills.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
• Familiarity with ERP systems, SharePoint, or document repositories.
• Proficient in Excel for data analytics.

Responsabilités

• Engage with customs brokers and freight forwarders to ensure timely and compliant shipments and entry filings.
• Monitor shipment volume and supplier routing.
• Review and validate customs entries for accuracy, including classification, valuation, and documentation.
• Monitor broker and freight forwarder performance and escalate discrepancies or compliance concerns as needed.
• Assist with shipping document validation, including HTS classification and valuation.
• Assist in centralizing compliance data across systems and workflows.
• Support additional trade compliance and logistics programs as assigned.
