You will work closely with customs brokers, freight forwarders, and internal stakeholders to ensure accurate and compliant imports. The role focuses on reviewing HTS classifications, valuations, and documentation, monitoring shipments, centralizing compliance data across systems, and supporting ongoing trade compliance initiatives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree relevant to the role.
• 0-3 years of experience.
• Strong attention to detail and data management skills.
• Communication and problem-solving skills.
• Familiarity with ERP systems, SharePoint, or document repositories.
• Proficient in Excel (data analytics and basic analysis).

Responsibilities

• Engage with customs brokers and freight forwarders to ensure timely and compliant shipments and entry filings.
• Monitor shipment volume and supplier routing
• Review and validate customs entries for accuracy, including classification, valuation, and documentation.
• Monitor broker and freight forwarder performance and escalat
• Assist with shipping document validation, including HTS classification and valuation
• Assist in centralizing compliance data across systems and workflows
• Support additional trade compliance and logistics programs as assigned
