Allegis Global Solutions (AGS) is looking for a Sourcing Lead III to drive strategic initiatives and partner with client executives to deliver high-impact sourcing outcomes. This senior role combines category expertise with leadership and stakeholder management to create long-term value.

You will lead cross-functional teams, shape supplier strategies, and advance digital sourcing and analytics to transform procurement for clients across North America.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of strategic sourcing experience.
• Deep expertise in category management and supplier strategy.
• Proven success in client advisory or procurement consulting roles.
• Advanced procurement certifications and/or MBA preferred.
• Exceptional communication, leadership and change management skills.

Responsibilities

• Design and lead high-impact sourcing strategies for complex, high-value categories.
• Build and maintain trusted relationships with senior client stakeholders and procurement leadership.
• Lead strategic supplier negotiations, including multi-year agreements and risk mitigation.
• Identify emerging trends and drive adoption of digital sourcing tools, automation and analytics.
• Lead cross-functional sourcing teams and mentor sourcing leads at all levels.
