Spectraforce Technologies, Inc. is seeking a Project Coordinator III in Cupertino, CA for a 6-month hybrid contract. The role supports Inclusion & Diversity Operations and the global vendor program, delivering scalable solutions across functions.

You will assist with program analysis, vendor interactions, and administrative tasks including inventory, shipping, payments, and Webex events. Remote warehousing may be required occasionally.

Qualifications

• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex datasets and provide actionable insights.
• Proficiency in Numbers and Microsoft Excel.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Ability to lift 25 pounds.
• Ability to work independently at a remote warehouse on occasion.
