Clarios, LLC is offering a hybrid Learning & Development internship for fall 2026 through summer 2027. You will assist in designing, developing, and implementing training programs and events, including the Global Learning event, and help maintain the Global SharePoint site.

You will participate in evaluating programs, delivering materials, and providing administrative support. The role requires a current full‑time student in the U.S.

Qualifications

• Currently enrolled as a full‑time student at a U.S. college or university.
• Pursuing an undergraduate degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, Learning and Development, Instructional Design, Business Administration, Communications, Information Systems, or a related field.
• Ability to be in the greater Milwaukee area in the summer.
• Duration: Fall 2026 through Summer 2027.
• Part‑time (minimum 10 hours) during the school year and around 40 hours per week in the summer.
• Hybrid internship with option to work in the office and remote work.
• Applicants must be authorized to work in the US without sponsorship now or in the future.

Responsabilités

• Gain hands‑on experience in learning and development by assisting design, development, and implementation of training programs.
• Support maintenance of the Global SharePoint site and delivery of training materials.
• Assist in evaluating training programs to measure effectiveness and identify improvements.
• Help create, review, and deliver training materials including presentations and e-learning modules.
• Provide administrative support and maintain training records and reports.
• Coordinate and logistics of training sessions, workshops and events.
• Research industry trends and best practices in learning and development.
• Collaborate to develop innovative learning solutions aligned with organizational needs.
