Clarios, LLC invites a Global Learning Intern for Fall 2026. The role supports design, development, and delivery of training programs, and helps maintain the Global SharePoint site while assisting with program evaluations and reports.

This hybrid internship requires an on-site presence in Milwaukee, with part-time study-year hours and fuller-time summer hours. The program targets students in HR, OD, L&D, Instructional Design, Business Admin, Communications, IS, or related fields, seeking

Qualificações

• Currently enrolled as a full-time student at an accredited U.S. college or university.
• Pursuing an undergraduate degree in one of the listed fields.
• Able to work in the greater Milwaukee area during the summer; hybrid with office/workspace.

Responsabilidades

• Assist design, development, and implementation of training programs and initiatives.
• Contribute to maintenance of the Global SharePoint site.
• Help evaluate training programs to measure effectiveness and identify improvements.
• Provide administrative support and prepare reports.
