Job summary

Clarios is the force behind the world’s most recognizable car battery brands, powering vehicles for major automakers. The company seeks a Learning & Development intern in the Milwaukee area to gain hands-on experience in designing and delivering training programs, including the Global Learning event, while supporting SharePoint maintenance and program evaluation.

Ideal candidates are currently enrolled full-time in an accredited U.S.

Qualifications

• Currently enrolled as a full-time student at an accredited U.S. college or university.
• Pursuing an undergraduate degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, Learning and Development, Instructional Design, Business Administration, Communications, Information Systems, or a related field.
• Ability to be in the greater Milwaukee area in the summer.
• Duration: Starting fall 2026 through summer 2027. Part-time (minimum 10 hours) during the school year and around 40 hours per week in the summer.
• Working Arrangements: Hybrid internship – must have a quiet workspace away from interruptions, with the option to work in the office. Be able to maintain regular contact with the supervisor/team via virtual methods.

• Gain hands-on experience in the field of learning and development within a dynamic and supportive environment.
• Assist in the design, development, and implementation of various training programs and initiatives aimed at enhancing employee development including the team’s annual Global Learning event
• Contribute to on-going maintenance of the Global SharePoint site.
• Help with the evaluation and analysis of training programs to measure effectiveness and identify areas for improvement.
• Assist in the creation, review and delivery of training materials including presentations, learning catalogues, and e-learning modules.
• Provide administrative support, including maintaining training records and preparing reports.
• Support the coordination and logistics of training sessions, workshops and events.
• Conduct research on industry trends and best practices in learning and development.
• Collaborate with team members to research and develop innovative learning solutions that meet the needs of the organization.
