## Global Learning Intern (Fall 2026)Apply: United States, Wisconsin, Milwaukee: Full time: Posted Today: WD50376**What You Will Do*** Gain hands-on experience in the field of learning and development within a dynamic and supportive environment.* Assist in the design, development, and implementation of various training programs and initiatives aimed at enhancing employee development including the team’s annual Global Learning event* Contribute to on-going maintenance of the Global SharePoint site.* Help with the evaluation and analysis of training programs to measure effectiveness and identify areas for improvement.* Assist in the creation, review and delivery of training materials including presentations, learning catalogues, and e-learning modules.* Provide administrative support, including maintaining training records and preparing reports.**How You Will Do It*** Support the coordination and logistics of training sessions, workshops and events.* Conduct research on industry trends and best practices in learning and development.* Collaborate with team members to research and develop innovative learning solutions that meet the needs of the organization.**What We Look For*** Currently enrolled as a full-time student at an accredited U.S. college or university.* Pursuing an undergraduate degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, Learning and Development, Instructional Design, Business Administration, Communications, Information Systems, or a related field.* Ability to be in the greater Milwaukee area in the summer.* Duration: Starting fall 2026 through summer 2027. Part-time (minimum 10 hours) during the school year and around 40 hours per week in the summer.* Working Arrangements: Hybrid internship – must have a quiet workspace away from interruptions, with the option to work in the office.
