You will partner across marketing, access, forecasting, and CI to embed insights into planning. The position is on-site with a minimum of 2 days per week in Thousand Oaks and requires exceptional synthesis, leadership, and communication to influence senior

Qualifications

• Doctorate degree in a relevant field.
• Masters degree plus 2 years of primary market research, consulting, insights, or analytics experience.
• Bachelors degree plus 4 years of primary market research, consulting, insights or analytics experience.
• Associates degree plus 8 years of related experience in market research or analytics.
• High school diploma or GED with 10 years of related experience.

Responsibilities

• Integrate multiple evidence sources to inform strategic decisions.
• Develop and execute insights plans for inflammation assets.
• Lead primary market research across study design, materials, execution, analysis and reporting.
• Translate insights into actionable recommendations across business dynamics.
• Collaborate with Global Marketing, Forecasting, CI, Analytics, Medical and others to embed insights.
