Amgen in San Francisco is seeking a Senior Manager to partner with the VP Research and the Inflammation Leadership Team, translating TA strategy into measurable priorities, operating plans, and outcomes, while driving governance, analytics, and executive communications.

You will advance technology, AI-enabled discovery, and capability development, coordinating cross-functional teams and budgeting activities to accelerate delivery of transformative medicines.

Qualifications

• Doctorate or equivalent biotech/pharma management experience required.
• Experience with strategic planning, portfolio governance, and budgeting.
• Ability to synthesize complex scientific and operational data for executives.

Responsibilities

• Lead TA strategic planning and operating cadence for Inflammation Research.
• Develop KPI dashboards, KPIs, and reporting tools for portfolio health.
• Coordinate governance processes and senior leadership communications.
• Drive organizational effectiveness and talent planning initiatives.
