Job summary

Paycom is seeking a Distribution Coordinator to support daily finished goods operations and perform data analyst tasks. You will manage third-party warehouses, stock in company sites, and create replenishments for warehouses while coordinating with internal and external partners.

Responsibilities include cleaning data for reporting, generating reports, interpreting trends, and maintaining KPI performance. Occasional travel and on-site collaboration are expected in a hybrid work setting.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• 5+ years of related experience.
• Proficient in Excel with ability to run formulas for data mining.
• Working knowledge of Power BI and Power Automate is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Support daily finished goods supply chain operations.
• Manage third-party warehouses and stock in company sites.
