Job summary

Brobston Group LLC in Jersey City seeks an Analyst of Global Distribution to bridge markets and HQ Supply & Distribution. You will oversee metrics for supply, inventory, logistics and warehousing, support availability and replenishment cycles, and allocate finished goods across regional DCs while balancing lead times and demand.

You will own analysis, reporting and KPIs for global inventory, supply, freight and warehousing, collaborating with regional teams to optimize stock and service levels

Responsibilities

• Own bi-weekly DC replenishment process for North America and Canada markets.

• Manage weekly Service Alerts data collection and global market communications.
• Own finished goods inventory allocation across DCs, balancing stock levels, lead times, forecasts, launch priorities and market requirements.
• Partner on monthly filler inventory reconciliations and with logistics on freight financials, emissions reporting, and KPI development.
• Work with DC partners to build KPI dashboards for order fulfillment, inventory and storage utilization, labor productivity, and total cost per order for global B2C and B2B business.

Summary

As the Analyst of Global Distribution based in Jersey City, you will act as the pivotal link between markets and HQ Supply & Distribution teams, overseeing operational metrics for supply, inventory, logistics and warehousing. You will support product availability and inventory replenishment cycles across multiple regions, allocate finished goods production based on market needs, and ensure healthy stock levels within regional and local distribution centers. You will also own analysis, reporting and performance KPIs for global inventory, supply, freight and warehousing.

Responsibilities

• Own bi-weekly DC replenishment process for North America and Canada markets.
