True Manufacturing is seeking a Distribution Coordinator to support Shipping Operations and coordinate finished goods warehousing, including third-party logistics partners. The role spans domestic and international activities and focuses on accurate fulfillment metrics.

The ideal candidate will manage stock, generate replenishments, and produce reports. Proficiency in Excel and data visualization with Power BI is preferred; remote work may be allowed up to one day per week.

Responsibilities

• Support daily Supply Chain finished goods operations and fulfil data analyst responsibilities.
• Manage third party warehouses and coordinate between internal and external parties.
• Create replenishments to send to warehouses and perform stock management at company sites.
• Clean data for reporting and create reports from existing data to visualize trends.
• Generate metrics to assess warehouse performance and inventory KPIs.
• Conduct monthly warehousing and storage approvals and reconcile inventories.
• Occasional travel up to 10% and on-site attendance with optional remote day(s).
• Collaborate across departments and participate in meetings to support timely decisions.

Job description

The Distribution Coordinator will be working with our Shipping Operations as well as coordination of finished goods warehouse and possibly third-party logistics partners to ensure correct fulfilment practices and metrics are being established and maintained. This work could span both domestic and international operations.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

This position is to support daily Supply Chain finished goods operations as well as fulfil data analyst responsibilities. Daily duties include managing third party warehouses, corresponding between internal parties and external parties, managing stock in company owned sites, creating replenishments to send to warehouses. Data analyst responsibilities include cleaning data for reporting, creating reports from existing data, interpreting data to understand and visualize trends. Other duties may be assigned.

• Distribution Coordinator will be exposed to and engaged with many departments in addition to our Global Distribution Network.
• Generate metrics to ensure all warehouses are meeting performance expectations.
• Pull and analyze stock usage reports for warehouse replenishment, understanding inventory velocity and KPIs.
• Approve monthly warehousing and storage for finished goods.
• Monthly physical inventory reconciliation.
• Cabinet dispositioning and aging stock rotation at warehouse.
• Daily reporting and analysis on specific inventory monitoring.
• Point of Contact for held cabinets and R&D cabinet dispatching.
• Some travel may be required, less than 10%
• The Distribution Coordinator is an office-based role. Regular, predictable on-site attendance is required. Eligibility for up to one (1) remote workday per week may be permitted, subject to business needs and departmental guidelines.
• Perform core job responsibilities through regular in-person collaboration, including participation in meetings, team discussions, and cross-functional coordination.
• Collaborate with fellow team members and leadership in a shared work environment to support innovation and timely decision-making, problem-solving, and operational effectiveness.
• Maintain a consistent on-site presence to support and respond to day-to-day business needs, including attendance of scheduled meetings and real-time collaboration as needed to ensure alignment of department and company priorities.
• Meet regularly with manager in-person to align on workload, priorities, performance, and ongoing professional development.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or General Education Degree (GED) required.
• Five or more years of related experience required.
• Candidate should be proficient in Excel knowledge and be capable of running formulas for data mining.
• Working knowledge of Power BI & Automate is a plus.
• Must be professional and detail oriented.
• Strong prioritization and multi-tasking stills required.
• Proficient in Microsoft applications.
• Excellent written and verbal communications skills.

The hours for this position are 7:30am - 4:00pm, Monday through Friday.
