Job summary

Colgate seeks a Data Strategy & Transformation Manager/Sr. Manager to drive Colgate-Palmolive’s Global Data Strategy, enabling AI and analytics at scale. You will prioritize a focused portfolio of data products and transformations that make data more governed, trusted, and reusable—accelerating insight and enabling an agentic future.

You will collaborate with Global IT, Data Governance, and Analytics teams to advance maturity, governance, and adoption across divisions and functions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, information management, data and analytics, information technology, strategy, or a related field.
• 8+ years of experience in data strategy, enterprise portfolio management, data and analytics, data or digital transformation.
• Experience in the consumer packaged goods (CPG) industry preferred.
• Certifications in portfolio or program management, product management, data management, or Agile delivery.

Responsibilities

• Strategic intake and prioritization of data initiatives tied to business value.
• Maintain an integrated portfolio view of global data products and governance readiness.
• Track value creation and baseline measures for data initiatives.
• Monitor data transformation health with cross-functional partners.
• Communicate strategy, priorities, risks, and actions to leadership and stakeholders.
• Lead cross-functional teams with inclusive collaboration across global functions.
