Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative field (data science, statistics, CS, business analytics).
• 5+ years of data analytics experience.
• Proficiency with SQL and Python or R for modeling.
• Experience with A/B testing and modern Generative AI techniques (LLMs).
• Experience with enterprise cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP) and Snowflake.
• Familiarity with SAP and customer analytics in CPG/Retail.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end development and deployment of scalable analytics and ML solutions.
• Act as analytics translator bridging data science with commercial goals.
• Develop data products and dashboards for non-technical stakeholders.
• Establish MLOps practices, CI/CD, monitoring, and governance.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and external vendors.
