Job summary

Colgate-Palmolive is seeking a Manager, Data Science to lead end-to-end analytics, ML, and Generative AI initiatives for global marketing and sales. You will translate data insights into business value, drive MLOps maturity, and collaborate with cross-functional teams in a cloud-based environment.

You will build dashboards, enable data-driven decision-making, and guide change management to adopt AI across commercial operations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative field.
• 5+ years of experience in applied data analytics, data science, quantitative programming, or a related field.
• Hands-on proficiency with SQL and Python or R for statistical modeling and predictive analytics.
• Experience designing and executing A/B testing frameworks and applying Generative AI techniques, LLMs, and prompt engineering in enterprise settings.
• Proven experience with enterprise cloud platforms and data infrastructure (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud Platform, Snowflake).
• Familiarity with SAP and customer analytics within CPG/Retail.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end development, deployment, and lifecycle management of predictive models, ML solutions, and Generative AI/LLMs to solve commercial challenges.
• Define analytics roadmaps and translate complex data findings for executive audiences.
• Build and automate dashboards to deliver actionable insights to non-technical stakeholders.
• Collaborate with IT/data engineering for cloud infrastructure and MLOps maturity.
• Lead experimentation, A/B testing, and causal inference to measure business impact.
