Job summary

Siemens is seeking a Global Data Center Vertical Lead, Smart Infrastructure Building, to define and execute SI B's strategy for the data center vertical, accelerate market penetration, and position Siemens as the partner of choice for next-generation data center assets worldwide.

You will lead strategic initiatives across regions and engage with senior stakeholders to drive growth, collaboration, and digitalization across the portfolio.

Qualifications

• 15+ years in business development, vertical strategy, or market leadership in the Data Center industry.
• Deep understanding of Data Center market dynamics - hyperscalers, colocation, Neo Clouds, AI Factory operators.
• Strong knowledge of building technologies and digital platforms relevant to data center infrastructure (BMS, EPMS, fire safety, security, digital twins).
• Proven track record of defining and executing strategies with measurable commercial outcomes.
• Demonstrated ability to influence in a global, matrixed environment.
• Legally authorized to work in the United States on a continual and permanent basis without company sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Define and own the SI B Data Center vertical strategy across regions.
• Develop market segmentation framework across regions and segments.
• Translate strategy into clear, actionable execution plans with milestones and KPIs.
• Define and implement go-to-market strategies for targeted segments and geographies.
• Build a strategic network of channel partners, system integrators, and ecosystem players.
• Drive pipeline creation, customer engagement, and investment proposals for growth opportunities.
• Lead portfolio offerings and collaborate with Business Units to align value propositions.
• Animate and coordinate a global community of Data Center experts and align regional sales teams.
