You will lead strategy development, GTM, and portfolio efforts, coordinating with regional teams and senior stakeholders while traveling up to 50% globally. This role requires deep data center market knowledge, executive communication, and multi-region collaboration across diverse teams.

Qualifications

• 15+ years in business development, vertical strategy, or market leadership in data centers.
• Deep understanding of Data Center market dynamics (hyperscalers, Neo Clouds, AI Factory operators).
• Strong knowledge of building technologies and digital platforms for data center infrastructure.
• Proven track record of defining and executing strategies with measurable commercial outcomes.
• Willingness to travel globally up to 50%.
• Legally authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Define and own the SI B Data Center vertical strategy, aligned with global Siemens direction and SI B commercial ambitions.
• Develop a comprehensive market segmentation framework across all regions and segments.
• Identify white spaces, growth paths, and emerging customer archetypes to evolve SI B's market position.
• Translate strategy into clear, actionable execution plans with defined milestones and KPIs.
• Define and implement go-to-market strategies for targeted segments and geographies.
• Build a strategic network of channel partners, system integrators, and ecosystem players.
• Drive pipeline creation, customer engagement, and investment proposals for new growth opportunities.
• Lead the market introduction of new SI B portfolio offerings and collaborate with Business Units.
