Qualifications

• 4+ years of relevant experience in a corporate paralegal role at a public company or law firm.
• Paralegal certificate or bachelor’s degree.
• Strong experience in corporate and compliance administrative responsibilities including global entity management, governance and board support.
• Excellent written and verbal communication and ability to handle confidential information with good judgment.

Responsibilities

• Provide support for U.S. and global subsidiary management, including annual meetings and governance documents, minutes, formation docs, and entity charts.
• Liaise with other departments for governance requests, officer’s certificates, notarization, apostille, and due diligence requests.
• Assist with corporate contract workflow management, templates, and DocuSign requests per approval procedures.
• Provide legal operations support: training programs, subscriptions, tracking outside counsel spend, workflow and process improvements.
• Support board of directors and committee matters: resolutions, consents, board materials prep.
• Partner with internal teams on equity administration, compliance, and commercial matters intersecting with corporate legal function.
