Job summary

Ecore International is seeking an experienced Corporate Controller to strengthen our financial foundation and drive growth in a hands-on manufacturing environment. The role reports to the CFO and leads close, internal controls, and a scalable accounting organization across multiple entities.

Responsibilities include ownership of external audits, complex multi-entity consolidations, and partnerships with Operations to improve financial visibility.

Qualifications

• 10+ years progressive accounting and finance experience with leadership
• Deep knowledge of U.S. GAAP and financial reporting
• Significant manufacturing accounting experience (inventory accounting, standard costing, variances, fixed assets, reserves, reconciliations)
• Experience managing complex multi-entity accounting, consolidations, close processes
• Proven external audit leadership and strengthening internal controls

Responsibilities

• Lead monthly, quarterly, and annual close processes for accurate reporting
• Oversee G/L, balance sheet, and financial statements integrity
• Strengthen internal controls, policies, and approvals segregation of duties
• Oversee inventory accounting, standard costing, manufacturing variances, fixed assets
• Manage intercompany accounting and consolidations across entities
• Partner with Operations and Finance to improve visibility and decision-making
• Lead external audits and ensure audit readiness
• Research and apply accounting standards and best practices
• Mentor and develop the accounting team; build scalable operations
