Stephen Gould is seeking an Account Coordinator to assist with managing client product and business portfolios and to coordinate orders, budgets, and communications. You will work with clients, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure accurate processing and timely delivery of shipments.

Qualifications

• Associate degree in Business or related discipline required.
• Bachelor’s degree in business or related discipline highly preferred.
• High proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook and virtual collaboration tools (Teams/Webex/Zoom) preferred.
• ERP (Epicor) system knowledge highly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist with managing client product and business portfolios.
• Administer client activity including correspondence, orders, and budgets.
• Coordinate with clients, suppliers, and internal teams to meet client needs.
• Process quotes and schedule shipment of goods via land, air, or sea.
• Capture and manage supporting documentation in ERP system for orders.
