Qualifications

• ERP system knowledge for core supply chain and manufacturing processes.
• Experience in a corporate sales and service environment preferred.
• Role offers a hybrid working model.

Responsibilities

• Assist with managing client portfolios and related correspondence.
• Process orders and coordinate shipment via land, air, or sea.
• Maintain distribution spreadsheets and project tracking.
• Coordinate with clients, suppliers, and internal teams to meet needs.
• Initiate quotes in support of client product requests.
• Ensure orders are processed for billing in a timely manner; drive invoice collection.
