Qualifications

• Associate degree in Business or related discipline + 2 years of experience required.
• Bachelor’s degree in business or related discipline highly preferred.
• High proficiency in MS Word, Excel, Outlook and virtual collaboration tools.
• Bilingual English/Spanish highly preferred.
• ERP Epicor experience highly preferred.
• Experience in a corporate sales and service environment is preferred.
• Hybrid working model is available.

Responsibilities

• Assist with managing client product and business portfolios and related correspondence.
• Process orders, quotes, and scheduling shipments across land, air, and sea.
• Maintain distribution spreadsheets and project tracking.
• Coordinate with clients, suppliers, and internal teams to meet client needs.
• Capture and manage documentation in the ERP system and ensure timely billing.
