Qualifications

• Associate degree in Business plus 2 years of experience required.
• Bachelor's degree in Business preferred.
• High proficiency with MS Word, Excel, Outlook and collaboration tools (Teams/Webex/Zoom).
• Experience with Shopify and Warehouse Management Systems required.
• ERP knowledge for core supply chain processes preferred.
• Experience in a corporate sales/service environment preferred.
• Hybrid working model is offered.

Responsibilities

• Assist with managing client product portfolios and administration of client activity.
• Prepare client and supplier correspondence and process orders.
• Maintain distribution spreadsheets and track projects and budgets.
• Coordinate with clients, suppliers, and internal teams to meet client needs.
• Initiate quotes in support of client product requests.
• Process orders including scheduling shipments via land, air, and sea.
• Handle Quality Management documents (ISO forms, RMAs) and ERP documentation.
• Capture supporting documentation in Epicor and coordinate billing-related tasks.
