Job summary

Stephen Gould Corporation is seeking an Account Coordinator to support client product and business portfolios by handling client correspondence, processing orders, maintaining distribution spreadsheets, tracking projects, and assisting with budgets. This role involves coordinating with clients, suppliers, and internal teams to meet client needs and ensure accurate, timely delivery.

Qualifications

Associate degree in Business or related discipline with 2+ years of experience.
Bachelor’s degree in business preferred.
High proficiency in Word, Excel, Outlook; strong virtual collaboration tools (Teams, Webex, Zoom).
Bilingual English/Spanish preferred.
ERP system knowledge for core supply chain, manufacturing, services and finance.

Responsibilities

Assist with managing client product and business portfolios.
Administer client and supplier correspondence, process orders, maintain distribution spreadsheets, track projects and budgets.
Coordinate with clients, suppliers, and internal teams to meet client needs.
Initiate quotes in support of client product requests; receive and process orders; schedule shipments.
