Purple Innovation, LLC is seeking a General Ledger Accountant for a hybrid role at our Manufacturing Facility in McDonough, GA. You will reconcile inventory and fixed assets, manage month-end closings, and ensure SOX compliance while partnering with warehouse, production, and engineering teams.

A bachelor’s degree in accounting and 2–5 years’ experience are required. The compensation target is $63,800 - $75,000, with benefits including medical, dental, vision, 401(k) match, flexible PTO, and

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• 2–5 years of experience in Inventory or G/L accounting or similar role.
• Knowledge of GAAP, accrual accounting, ownership transfer, and cutoff.
• Knowledge of standard costing, cost accounting concepts, and fixed asset accounting including depreciation.
• Experience with SOX documentation requirements.

Responsabilidades

• Reconcile inventory accounts and resolve discrepancies, including in-transit detail.
• Analyze inventory transactions and trends, support counting processes for accuracy.
• Assist with standard cost setting and evaluation of variances during month-end.
• Prepare month-end journal entries, accruals, and reconciliations.
• Reconcile fixed asset accounts, run monthly depreciation, and roll-forward.
• Support annual fixed asset audits and SOX compliance.
